The “ah ha” moment came to Jason Richards over a decade ago when he realized he could make a difference in the HVAC and Plumbing Industry by providing “good old-fashioned, honest customer service.” Together with his high school sweetheart and wife Nancy, now of 20 years, he founded A+ Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Inc.
Over a decade later, Jason’s original vision is alive and well. The company has grown from 1 truck working around the clock to 9 well-stocked trucks and a friendly team of technicians ready to take care of your family any time of any day. Our highly-trained employees are required to pass an extensive background check including drug screening. The safety of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance.
A+ Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Inc. does not offer big flashy sales promises that can’t possibly be true. Promises of “free furnaces” and “lifetime warranties” all come with a lot of fine print. What you will find when an A+ technician arrives at your home, is a confident handshake, a name, and a smile, wearing new shoe covers in every home to protect the things you love and value.
A common statement we hear from new customers is, “my last heating and air conditioning company tried to sell me something every time they came out to tune up my system.” At A+, our technicians are paid hourly, not based on a percentage of your bill. This way, our technicians are focused on solving your problems, not the amount of your invoice. We refuse to solve a problem that you don’t have. Our old-fashioned hourly wage is the right thing for our employees and our customers. Any item in need of repair is not addressed until you have a complete understanding of the problem, your options, the cost, and your approval.
